These terms govern your use of tradeatbase.com (the “site”) and of the pre-registration list. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

What this site is, and is not

BaseX is pre-launch. We are not yet licensed to provide virtual-asset, payment, exchange or money-transfer services in any jurisdiction, and we do not provide any such services through this site.
Nothing on this site is an offer, a solicitation, an invitation to trade, or financial, legal or tax advice. Prices, fees and rates shown are illustrative and indicative only and may change before launch.
Pre-registration records your interest. It does not open an account, create any contractual right to a service, reserve a place, or involve the transfer of any funds or assets.

Using the site

You may use the site for your own information and to register your interest. You may not use it to send spam, scrape data, probe or disrupt our systems, or misrepresent who you are.
Everything on the site, including the BaseX name, mark, text, images and video, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce it without our written permission, other than to share links to the site.

No warranty, limited liability

The site is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or anything on it.

Changes and governing law

We may change these terms by updating this page; the date at the top shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
